On Friday, October 2, several members had the pleasure to be on Fox 29 News for fire house fridays. North Penn was requested to be present at Centre Square Fire Company Station 33. Fox 29 News was there to broadcast live to promote the Centre Square Fire Expo. Lt. Mat Traynor walked Shawnette Wilson through the Fire Prevention Trailer. Members of station 33 showed shawnette how to put out a grease fire and Chief Lee Miller gave the particulars of the event later that night.
